Gotta Try It!: The Best Phở in Vancouver

It's super important to know where to find the best pho in town especially in the colder winter months. I toured four of Vancouver's top pho spots to figure out which bowl reins supreme! The results are in and I've determined that the pho of your dreams can be found at Pho Hong, located at 6348 Fraser Street.

I had a Small Bowl ($9.50) of their 5. Pho Tai Nam (Lean medium rare beef slices & cooked beef flank with rice noodles in soup).

What sets this bowl apart from all of the rest? The broth. The deep, delicious, flavourful broth. Expertly crafted, this is the broth that pho enthusiasts search for. Their cuts of meat were also very nice and their noodles were portioned well. This is the one. You can't go wrong! TRY IT!
