Rocky Mountains
Quaint and low-key bakery, great for grabbing a snack or a light breakfast.
Must Try: Chocolate Croissant
A great place for a Quebec inspired breakfast! They even do cretons!
Must Try: Québec Combo ~ 2 eggs baked over maple syrup & ham with bacon, sausage, homemade cretons, pork & beans. (The Francois’s Duck Liver Pâté is also very good.)
One of the best places in town. Fresh and interesting plates!
Must Try: The menu changes all the time and it's all good!
You need to experience this, especially during sunset. At 7700 feet above sea level, this is Canada's most elevated restaurant. Every dinner reservation includes gondola access.
Must Try: Anything that features their beautiful use of game meats.
The best restaurant in Jasper! The names of the dishes stick with the "evil" theme and it's a lot of fun.
Must Try: Beautiful Brie ~ A full wheel of almond and panko crusted, deep fried brie, chilled pear puree, balsamic reduction, croustini.
This is some extremely legit BBQ!!! A must-stop even if you're just passing through.
Must Try: Smoked Meat Platter for Two ~ Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs & sausage. Served with corn bread, M's baked beans, apple slaw, potato salad & green salad.
Especially delicious Sunday brunch!
Must Try: Duck Confit + Goat Cheese Benny (But if you see the Fried Oatmeal, consider that as well!)
They only have nine tables so a reservation is a must. Everything that they serve tastes incredible and their plates are beautiful. I love that they always do an amuse-bouche and a sorbet.
Must Try: Trough Bruschetta ~ House dough balls, organic Fairwinds Farm goat cheese, tomato, Valbella double smoked bacon, caper relish, truffle essence, balsamic reduction, basil.
