Located in the famous Tsukiji Market, you haven’t been to Tokyo if you haven’t queued at this sushi house for breakfast. The wait to get in can be long, be prepared and arrive early. Once you're sitting, the sushi will start coming at you! There is no menu and no questions asked! Unbelievable and fresh.
Must Try: Standard Sushi Set ~ 7 nigiri + maki.

Still my favourite ramen. Luckily they have locations in Canada as well! (And the flavour and quality is exactly the same as in Japan!) This is what ramen dreams are made of. HOT TIP: Always add the Ajitama!!
Must Try: Shio Ramen ~ White tonkotsu soup with a red pickled plum on top. Delicious taste, aroma and gentle flavour.

This place is a super fun and unique experience! First you select what you want to order from a machine. Then you pay for it. The machine gives you a bunch of tickets. Then you go over to a board that shows you which seats are available. Then you go to your own ramen-eating cubicle. You have to fill out exactly how you want your ramen to be prepared and hand in your tickets. They slide your ramen to you through a hole in front of you.
Must Try: Classic Tonkotsu Ramen ~ Natural pork-bone soup is skimmed to perfection so that the ultimate flavour of pork is drawn out. Special raw noodles are made from a unique blend of quality flours. Original aged "Spicy Red Sauce" is a chili-powder based blend of 30 different ingredients.
