Another holiday season has come and gone! I am currently in recovery mode and am using this first week back in "real life" to recalibrate myself. Christmas is a long and busy stretch! However, I hope that yours was wonderful and that you were able to soak in all of the magic. <3 December was a whirlwind of holiday events! Tim and I attended the Irvings Farm Swine & Dine Feast at the Edmonton Christmas Market which was a very fun chef-farm collab. We enjoyed the tasty food!

Can you believe that it's the last month of 2025 and that Christmas is 22 days away?!? I cannot. I've been trying my best to get into the correct mindset for all of this but sometimes it feels like I'm just going through the motions... Which I suppose is better than no motions at all. Open since 1947 (that's 78 years!!!) you would be hard pressed to find an Edmontonian that doesn't have some sort of relationship with this famed Chinese restaurant, its food, or the family who runs it. Speaking of the Quons, they have become celebrities in their own right especially after their family was f
