England
An excellent way to experience afternoon tea without making it a whole "thing." Such a lovely and perfect place!
Must Try: Cream Tea ~ Two homemade scones, clotted cream, raspberry jam and a pot of tea.
Giant market full of incredible and gorgeous things! The game meats are amazing. Every Monday-Saturday.
Fave Vendor: Tartufaia (Truffles and truffle-based products! Get the Brillat Savarin with black truffle!!)
It may surprise you to learn that the national dish of England is curry. And this Pakistani restaurant is one of the best places in all of London to get it. These were THE BEST curries that I've ever had. Ever.
Must Try: Chicken Tikka Masala Karahi and Vegetable Korma
The oldest chippie in London, opened in 1871! I also believe it to be the best! This will ruin fish 'n chips for you forever. Grab some mushy peas and a pickled egg while you're at it.
Must Try: Cod Fish & Chips ~ Served with chips and tartare sauce.
I experienced such a perfect life moment in this restaurant, from the great food to the great music. It can get pretty lined up so arrive early!
Must Try: The Full Monty ~ Bacon, sausage, black pudding, eggs, home-style fried potatoes, mushrooms, beans, grilled tomato, toasted multigrain bloomer.
